Guest Bedroom
Our guest bedroom is finally done and I am really excited to share this room with you. This room went through some changes and I am so happy with how they turned out. During our renovation, we knew we wanted to change the old floor, doors, windows and open up the space a little. We decided to remove the closet. The size wasn’t great, the space wasn’t functional and overall it was just occupying a lot of space.

Since we added a roof top above our garage, we decided to convert one of the windows to a door so now we have access to that space from the bedroom. It completely changed the room. It feels so nice to open the door, let the fresh air in and sit outside for a quick morning read.
My goal was to create a very cozy room since my husband and I have families overseas and we really want them to come visit us. I envisioned a space with soft pieces, light colors and textures. The wall moulding adds interest to the wall and brings a sense of togetherness. I don’t even thing I need to add art to my walls. We’ll see :)

The fun part begins when it’s time to decorate. I partnered with Wayfair to style this room. I love the Boucle Bed Frame, it’s the perfect cozy touch to a room. The wall pull chain sconces are my favorite. The pull chain feature makes it so convenient and you can use them separately. The night stands and dresser have this beautiful natural wood finish and adds charm to the room with the rattan design on the drawers. All my furniture came from Wayfair. They have beautiful and affordable pieces and I absolutely love how we decorated this room.
